Modular fixture tooling components

The design team at Rentapen Inc. developed the RAPid Tooling Components product line in response to a customers need for dramatic reduction in the overall design, set-up, and operation costs of welding and other tooling fixtures.  Rapid Tooling Components (RTC) reduce the design cost of the fixture by eliminating the need to design, detail and check similar parts over and over again.  Three dimensional computer models are provided by Rentapen that customers can use to incorporate into their design.  Rapid Shim Packs arrive packaged and labeled, saving critical time and money during the assembly and set-up phases of a weld fixture. 

The reason you buy flat feet, pins, and clamps from places like Jergens and De-Sta-Co is because they can make it cheaper and faster than you can.  You don’t have to keep engineering the same part, making the same drawings, checking the drawings, routing the parts through the shop, and inspecting the parts once they are made.

Now you can purchase the blocks and shims you use to locate the flat feet and pins you design into weld fixtures.  These versatile blocks come with your choice of tapped holes, drilled and c’bored holes, press fit dowels, or slip fit dowels.  The c’bored holes are c’bored from both sides for added versatility.  All tapped and dowel holes go through.  Your material choices are 1018 CRS or 6061 Aluminum.
