Casters allow for easy movement over most shop floor obstacles and both head and tailstock can be moved to position independently.
Positive locking system on headstock (tailstock Optional) prevents accidental or unwanted rotation.
360° rotation allows for optimum part orientation. Double sided gearbox allows for reposition of hand crank.
Industrial quality gearbox, heavy duty bearings and casters for years of service.
Choose from several available gear ratios, heights, and caster sizes. Even supply drawings for your own custom mounting or designs. Hydraulic and pneumatic motor options available on request.

Selecting and Configuring Clamp Risers
Identify Clamp Vendor
By choosing the manufacturer of your clamp, The RAPid Order Processing System will populate the list of their models by model number. We provide risers for these manufacturers’ clamps: Carr Lane, De-Sta-Co, Essentra, TE-CO, All-American, Jergens and Wolverine.
Select Clamp Model
Select the model number of the clamp you intend to install on your work holding fixture based on the manufacturer’s model list.
Specify Riser Height
Specify the desired riser height based on your fixture needs. Rentapen will mill and tool clamp riser blocks from a minimum of 0.250” to a maximum of 4.000”.
Select Materials
We produce risers in a range of materials based on your specifications – 1018 Cold Rolled Steel (S), 6061 Aluminum (A), or 300 Series Stainless (3)
