As Rentapen keeps building their nationwide customer base, staffing requirements keep changing.  We are looking for key, dynamic people that can bring their industry experience to the company, the desire to build on their formal education history and bring their ideas and creative activities to help grow and make Rentapen a better, strategic source to our current coatomers base, new customers, and the manufacturing industries we support.

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Sales position to promote the company’s products and services.  This position is to solicit new customers, support existing customers, and develop new markets for our RAPid Trunnion product line.  Some travel and trade shows may be required.  If interested send Resume to Paul Kruschke at paul.kruschke@rentapen.com

Manufacturing Coordinator – This unique position requires the person to be able to read mechanical drawings, support the shop with identifying incoming material, match material to shop builds, and coordinate material to machining and fixture build locations.  This person will need to be flexible to support the shop and management directions. At times purchasing and certain sales activities will need to be supported.   Need to be proficient in Word and Excell, and will be reliable, well organized and efficient team worker. Design Engineering – the ideal candidate will have some design work holding/ jig/weld software experience.  This job will require good communications skills, customer design, review meetings and possibly some travel. If interested send Resume to Paul Kruschke at paul.kruschke@rentapen.com

CNC Machinist/tool makers – We are looking for skilled CNC Machinists. Ability to do their own machine setups, QC parts, be reliable, flexible, and efficient team worker.  Experience with HASS controls a big plus.
