Base Plate are used for positioning and locating Tooling Components and Dies. Adjustment shims are used to fine-tune the location of your tooling components. (learn more) Die-sharpening shims are placed behind the shim when the face of the die is machined down to sharpen it. Keeping the surface of the die in the precise same location during the stamping, cutting, or forming process.

Work Holding Fixture and Jig Baseplates

Our Hass GM-2 Gantry mill provides precision baseplates, jig plates, subplates etc. for our internal turn-key design and build services that we offer as well as offering this service to our customer base per their specifications.  Production volumes are not an issue.   Lead times are typically 10 to 15 working days, dependent on material availability, finish specification and workload at time of order.    Just provide a CAD file and PDF print and we will be happy to provide you a quote.
