Caps prevent weld spatter, debris and paint from clogging the screw heads. Even when covered in weld fixture spatter, dirt or other kinds of debris, the caps pop off with a simple screwdriver, enabling our customers to more easily adjust or disassemble a fixture.
Selecting and Configuring Caps
Order caps easily and accurately through Rentapen’s RAPid Order Configuration System.™ Caps are available in a range of metric and standard sizes. Rentapen produces metric caps for M5, M6, M8, M10 and M12 screws. The range in standard screws includes 250, 312, 375, 500, 625, 750, 875, 1000, 1250 and 1500 sizes.
