ITEM 1-1 Tractor frame weld fixture This picture shows a robotic weld fixture picture frame of a garden tractor frame.

ITEM 1-2 Sub frame weld fixture This picture shows a robotic weld fixture of a sub frame.

ITEM 1-3 Car seat frame weld fixture This picture show a robotic weld fixture of a car seat frame. RAPid Tooling Components RAPid Blocks & Shims (shown in orange) were used though out to save time & cost.

ITEM 1-4 Manual clamp robotic weld fixture This picture shows two plates being welded to a shaft. RAPid  Blocks are used in this fixture also.
